SOE Strategic Goals

The SOE has adopted the following strategic goals:

  • To meet skills development targets and quality standards to support rolling stock availability and reliability

  • To meet the engineering skills demands of other Transnet OD’s

  • To contribute to increasing technical skills in SA and Africa by meeting skills development targets set by government for Transnet
